The Mat-Su Sea Hawkers have again put together a team for the American Cancer Society's Walk for Life, this year we have set a goal of $2000.00 to try and beat last years total of just under $1200.00. The event takes place on Friday May 15th at 7 pm and runs through Saturday May 16th 3 pm, if you have the time and want to join in on the fun you can sign up and join our team here. We walk for our survivor Rhys "Little Hawker" Allen, and all friends and family who have fought or we have lost to cancer. If your schedule doesn't permit you to join in on the walk please donate to our team here, Donations are tax-deductible. Any size contribution is greatly appreciated. If every Hawker who views the Mat-Su Sea Hawker website would commit to donate a mere $5.00 or more, we can certainly exceed that goal. Can we count on you? |
